Favorite Stores

Not that's it's some amazing store or anything, but how often to I run into Wal-Mart? It's nice to have close by, and they carry practically everything under the sun!
I'm in Family Center way too often... believe it or not, I could wander around in there for a long time!

And this is hands down my favorite place to shop for groceries!! Gotta have your Kroger Plus card handy, though.

I go to JCPenney to find a lot of last-minute gifts! Also, if there's an event coming up that requires a new outfit or accessory, it's easy to pop in and find something I'll be happy with.

It's dangerous to let me walk into Payless!! They always have several styles that I would add to my closet in a minute! And their prices are very reasonable... especially if you sign up to get email coupons.
And did I mention that all of these places are located right here in our lovely Rolla? Yes, that's right folks! So get out there are support the local businesses. =)

Fun Times, Good Friends

Carl, Riley, Alyssa, Susie, Me, Laura, Clara, Katie, Joel
Last year we took a trip to Springfield, went shopping at the mall, ate at a steakhouse, and went ice-skating! This was pretty much the first time Joel and I "liked" each other. =) Good memories!

...Happily Ever After!

Third Day Farm Family

Twenty sweet grandkids, four cute couples, and amazing grandparents! I am so very blessed to have such a great family!!

Sisters, Sisters

Black Friday shopping trip to the big city! Ahhh! =)
This was taken at Christmas last year! We love being goofy together.

Sled-riding party!!
Aren't we cute? I'm pretty sure this was taken at one of the many cousin birthday parties.
Haha! Meg and I were fooling around at the ruins of an old building along one of our church float trips.

Two Shall Become One

I have been thinking lately how very blessed I was to find Joel... and how incredibly glad I am that he asked me to be his wife! It's a choice I rejoice in every single day.

Graduates!!!

Clara is officially done with highschool!! She looked so pretty... I was thinking how Clara's like the only girl who could pull off looking good in a graduation cap. =)

Joshua also finished highschool this year!! Woohoo! And he's already been accepted into MS&T. We're all very proud of our Joshy... and I can't believe that he's all grown up! (Makes me feel old.)

WinShape - Couples Retreat 2011 THANK YOU, BEN C.!!!

All of the old buildings used to be a dairy that was run by college students.

The barns... we had so much fun visiting the horses!

So in love! =)

The conference center was amazing - everything was so comfortable and inviting.

The old mill... the setting was really beautiful.

Joel, showing off the mill house.

This old chapel was breathtaking!! A lot of people get married there, and I can easily see why!

Inside the chapel.

Random Pictures from the last few months!

At my birthday party

Goofy Friends!

I found this tiny leaf at our home site.

Joel and I colored all these for Easter by ourselves!!

Say goodbye to the old Focus... poor Henry went caput. =(

First meal in our OWN HOUSE!

The Little Farm House

I have a bunch of recent house building pictures! Last night we were out there working on the roof until ten o'clock! =) God is good, and things are moving along quite nicely. I will post photos SOON!
Also - both of our female Shih-Tzus are due to pop puppies out any day now! :D I'll be sure to take plenty of pictures when they're first born.
Love ya'll! Hope you're having a nice week... enjoy this warm weather (at last!).

Cutesy Baby Things

This cutie dress is an example of how I want to dress my baby girl someday. =)
I like the vintage look of this simple headband. And it's just so girly!
Oh my goodness!! I'm going to have Grandma Gogey make this hat for our baby!
Look at the cute button sewn on this one! And I really like the natural color tones of this hat.

I love the little visor on the side of this boys' hat. It's like a baby beanie!
I love this hat!! Not so crazy about the colors, but the design is super adorable! I think I would leave the ears off and add a big bow or flower instead for a girl. For a boy, though, the ears are just dandy.

Yesterday, Joel and Carl worked out on the house all day! They finished the floor and got one wall up!!

This is us at Easter this year. =) We announced to the family that we're expecting!
